About Us...

Windwood Coves is one of the most desirable communities on Lake Anna. Established in the 1980's, we are centrally located near shopping and the Route 208 bridge.  Our community of 262 properties offers access to the water, an assigned boat slip for members not on waterfront, a beautiful private beach, tennis court, basketball court, boat ramp, and three pavilions available for  parties and meetings.

Our community takes great pride in providing a friendly, safe, and secure neighborhood for both our full-time and part-time families to call home.  We offer a secured entrance gate with a team of gatehouse personnel to assist members and guests during designated times and tools to protect us from unauthorized access. Our Calls for Service summary illustrates our community is one of the safest around the lake.
